Meet Nikki
For Nikki, The Liberty Kitchen was never just about opening a cafe - it was about creating a place where people could feel truly at home. With a lifelong passion for good food and warm hospitality, she set out to build something special in the heart of Aberdeen.
Drawing on years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Nikki handpicked every detail - from the locally sourced ingredients on the menu to the cosy, welcoming atmosphere that greets you the moment you walk through the door at Wallace Tower.
A devoted dog lover herself, making the cafe dog-friendly was a non-negotiable from day one. She believes the best cup of coffee is the one enjoyed with good company - whether that's two legs or four.

We love dogs at The Liberty Kitchen! Here's what you need to know when bringing your furry friend:
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside and on our outdoor terrace
- Fresh water bowls are always available
- Dog treats available on request (just ask!)
- We ask that dogs remain on leads while inside
- Please clean up after your furry friend
- Service dogs are always welcome in all areas
